You may use Maash services for lawful business and personal purposes, including receiving payments, executing transfers, managing finances, and conducting transactions in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
2. Prohibited Activities
You must not use Maash services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, money laundering, fraud, terrorism financing, sanctions evasion, and any activity that violates Maash's Prohibited Industries & Geographies policy.
3. Account Integrity
You may not create multiple accounts to circumvent account limits or restrictions. You may not use automated systems to access or interact with Maash services without prior written authorisation. 4. Self-Custody Responsibilities
Your Maash account is self-custodial. You are solely responsible for the security of your credentials and private key. Maash does not have access to or control over your wallet or assets. Loss, theft, or compromise of your credentials may result in permanent loss of access to funds.
5. Enforcement
Maash reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of this policy, suspend or terminate accounts, and report violations to relevant regulatory authorities. Action may be taken on the basis of reasonable suspicion of a policy violation, without prior notice where circumstances require. Certain transactions may also be declined or restricted by Maash's banking or card issuing partners in accordance with their own compliance obligations.
6. Updates
This policy is subject to periodic review and may be updated to reflect changes in applicable regulations, sanctions designations, or Maash's risk framework. Where required by law, affected customers will be notified of material changes.
