1. Prohibited Industries

Maash does not provide services to businesses engaged in the following industries: adult entertainment, unlicensed gambling, cannabis (where prohibited by applicable law), weapons and firearms, tobacco, unregulated cryptocurrency exchanges, or any other industry determined to be high-risk or prohibited by our regulators or banking partners.

2. Prohibited Geographies

Maash does not provide services to individuals or businesses located in, or conducting business with, countries or jurisdictions subject to comprehensive sanctions programmes, including but not limited to Iran, North Korea, Syria, and Crimea. Services may also be restricted in certain high-risk jurisdictions as determined by Maash's compliance programme.

3. Restricted Transactions

Certain transactions may be restricted or declined even where an industry or geography is otherwise permitted. This includes transactions involving sanctioned entities, restricted counterparties, or activities that conflict with the compliance requirements of Maash's banking or card issuing partners.

4. Updates

This policy is subject to periodic review and may be updated to reflect changes in applicable regulations, sanctions designations, or risk assessments. Where required by law, affected customers will be notified of material changes.
